Hotel Martelli is a charming place with a fantastic location, just minutes from the Duomo and other major attractions. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked quietly, and the breakfast included a lovely selection of pastries and fresh fruit served by friendly staff.

Wi-Fi could be improved.

The attention to cleanliness, the variety of breakfast options, the helpful barista was simply excellent.

The location was perfect, just minutes from the main attractions. While the historic ambiance adds charm, navigating the corridors and lifts can be a workout. The comfortable room and impeccably clean bathroom made my stay enjoyable, but the breakfast left a bit to be desired. Friendly staff rounded out the experience.

The luggage storage area lacks adequate security and space for larger bags.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Duomo. The staff were welcoming even at midnight. The breakfast had a decent selection of pastries and coffee.

The room was old, with some maintenance issues. The shower had problems, including a mouldy shower head, and the wifi was only available in common areas and quite slow.

The staff's friendliness stands out, particularly when they resolved an early check-in issue with a room switch, making the arrival experience pleasant. However, the shower cubicle was cramped, making it a less enjoyable experience, and the Wi-Fi connection was disappointingly slow, sometimes hampering online access. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the dining room could become crowded during peak hours.

I enjoyed the cozy, well-decorated room and really appreciated the surprise free coffee at any time! There were lovely spots to chill out, like the lounge with comfy chairs and a little garden area. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

martelli has a charming vibe, blending vintage elements with newly refurbished bathrooms. the location is ideal, just 5 minutes from the train station and duomo. the front desk staff provided us with maps, highlighting must-see spots. the room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable.
